Rhodes showcases Fairways models

Rhodes Homes held a grand opening event Saturday for the Fairways neighborhood in Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley.
The subdivision neighbors the nearly sold-out Majors development, on the south side of Rhodes Ranch, according to Ryan Soucie, director of sales at Rhodes Homes.
"The Fairways offers exceptional value," Soucie said. "It is amazing that homes of this size and quality are being offered in a guard-gated master plan, with a golf course and 35,000-square-foot recreation center for essentially the same price as other builder's homes which offer virtually no amenities."
The Fairways is near the community's private water park, The Fun Zone; R-Club recreation center, which features an equipment room, indoor basketball courts, racquetball courts, private billiard hall, tennis courts and lagoon and lap pools; and the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, featuring a Ted Robinson Jr.-designed course.
The R-Club offers a variety of programs and classes for children and adults, including community potluck dinners, arts and crafts lessons and shows, piano instruction, teen social events and safety training. The center also hosts celebrations for every major holiday.
"With pricing for the 2515 model starting at $344,575, a luxury home in Rhodes Ranch is more affordable than ever," Soucie said.
Floor plans are named after their square footage. Other available models include Plan 2903, which includes four or five bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths, a great room and a two-car garage. Plan 2742 prices start at $364,075.
All homes feature a master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet, laundry rooms on the second floor and private backyards. Home buyers can choose from two different elevations.
