Sales manager calls 1720 floor plan efficient, practical
Buyers looking for a practical home that offers a good value should consider Plan 1720 at Pacific Mist, Rhodes Homes' newest subdivision within Rhodes Ranch golf course community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.
"This plan utilizes every inch of space to make the home both comfortable and practical," said John Means, sales manager for the builder. "For first-time buyers or young families, this home has the perfect mix of common areas and bedrooms."
Plan 1720 offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room and dining room. The loft and master bedroom feature vaulted ceilings. Dual walk-in closets are standard in the master bedroom, which is accessed via French doors.
Three floor plans are available, each in three elevation choices. All are two story and come with two-car garages and upstairs laundry rooms.
Another of the models measures 1,832 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, dining room and kitchen with a pantry. The home also features a loft, master retreat or fourth bedroom. Both the master bedroom and the loft have vaulted ceilings.
The third floor plan measures 2,255 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a great room, dining room and island kitchen. The plan also offers a bedroom and bath on the first floor. The master suite has vaulted ceilings, as does the loft, which may be built as a fifth bedroom.
Homes come with ceramic-tile counter tops, pull-out faucets and recessed lighting in the kitchens, wiring for alarm systems, wiring for ceiling fan in select rooms, barbecue stubs in the rear yards, and raised-panel interior doors with chrome lever handles.
The homes are also designed to meet the standards of the Energy Star program.
Pacific Mist Homes at Rhodes Ranch prices start from $354,325.
A recreation center in the community includes a workout facility, aerobics room with classes, a full-length indoor basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts and six billiards tables. There are also social areas with three fireplaces and furnishings. Four tennis courts and a water park are planned.
The central amenity of the community is an 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse, bar and grill. There is also a guard-gated entrance and roving security.
