Volunteers organize and put on Social Events at Rhodes Ranch, including the holiday event, Halloween Haunted House, and 4th of July.

Volunteers meet, review and audit the finances of the association, assist in the preparation of the budget, and ensure the reserve account is invested to the benefit of the entire association.

Volunteers monitor the security systems and offer suggestions to the board for increased public safety.
