The Greens debuts at Rhodes Ranch

Rhodes Homes has introduced its newest golf-themed neighborhood in the Rhodes Ranch master plan. Three two-story floor plans are now available for sale.

Three floor plans range from 1,534 to 1,841 square feet are offered at The Greens. Each home is named for its square footage.
They include three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, living room, dining room and a two car garage. Two exterior designs, or elevations, are offered with each home. Residence 1534 also includes an upstairs laundry room and the option for a balcony or covered rear patio. Residence 1734 includes a loft or fourth bedroom, formal entry and option for a covered porch. The Greens' largest floor plan, Residence 1841, includes a loft, a kitchen island, an upstairs laundry room, a master retreat and the option for a covered rear patio.

Rhodes Ranch made its debut in 1999. Many of the community's neighborhoods offer golf course, mountain and city views and most are within walking distance to its amenities.
The 1,931-square-foot floor plan is not modeled. It includes three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and a living room.
Standard features in homes at The Greens include finished garages, a barbecue stub in the rear yards and raised panel entry doors. Inside, the homes include kitchen pantries, crown molding in the kitchens, custom rounded corners and prewiring for cable, phone, ceiling fans and alarms.
Rhodes Homes has built more than 6,000 homes in the Las Vegas Valley during the past two decades and is developing 16 communities throughout the city.
To visit The Greens at Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west and follow the signs.
