The Greens debuts at Rhodes Ranch

Rhodes Homes has introduced its newest golf-themed neighborhood in the Rhodes Ranch master plan. Three two-story floor plans are now available for sale.

"By starting at just $196,990, we are offering these homes with the most competitive pricing structure available in our Las Vegas communities," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes.

"Prices at The Greens will be incredible for a single-family home of this size in a master-planned community. Our strength as an independent local builder allows us the flexibility to offer these incredible values that no other development can match."

Three floor plans range from 1,534 to 1,841 square feet are offered at The Greens. Each home is named for its square footage.

They include three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, living room, dining room and a two car garage. Two exterior designs, or elevations, are offered with each home. Residence 1534 also includes an upstairs laundry room and the option for a balcony or covered rear patio. Residence 1734 includes a loft or fourth bedroom, formal entry and option for a covered porch. The Greens' largest floor plan, Residence 1841, includes a loft, a kitchen island, an upstairs laundry room, a master retreat and the option for a covered rear patio.
